Hi Trev,
Thanks for that update
May I ask what time of day this was please? Have visited in nearly every month over the years but never, ever saw it so quiet. Unless it was very, very early I'm stunned
I knew that tourist numbers were down but even so..... _________________ June |

Good Morning June. Yes, things are certainly very quiet at the moment. The pictures were taken on Saturday the 17th of January, just after 1-00pm in the afternoon.
Businesses are struggling for customers at the moment. Some are offering a free bottle of wine for two dining customers. and some have even reduced their prices.
Things are always quiet at this time, but I don't know if this is any worse than previous years.

Hi Don & Pam. I assume you have found that embedded in the pictures, although I am not sure what to click to do that. Presumably that means that a time and maybe the date are wrong on my camera. However below the pics on my photo album on this laptop the time and date are displayed correctly??????
As you know I did take them in the daytime

Yes Trev it is imbedded in the picture - just copy one of the pictures to your desktop and then right-click and select 'Properties'. Next select Summary and Advanced and it lists the details including aperture, shutter speed, F-number etc.
Funny thing is this shows the photo taken at 01:11 but if we look at the actual picture file it correctly contains the string "2009:01:17 13:11:13" which shows the correct time as 01:11 PM.
Looks like windows is not showing the AM / PM flag !!!
Ho hummm another 'Micro$oft undocumented feature'
